Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $21.92 per hour

Position Summary
Adecco is hiring a Manufacturing Engineering Technician to execute the transition of custom electrical and mechanical engineering designs into manufacturable products. This role plays a key part in taking engineered solutions and successfully migrating them into a repeatable manufacturing process suitable for a general production environment.
This is a hands‑on technical role that combines product build, engineering interpretation, floor leadership, testing, documentation, and process improvement.
Primary Responsibilities
(Listed in order of importance)- Interpret and work directly from electrical and mechanical schematics, drawings, and specifications to build products.
- Identify design errors or gaps and redline drawings to document required changes or corrections.
- Communicate technical changes and instructions in a format that can be easily understood by production operators as well as design engineers.
- Physically build higher‑complexity product solutions as requested by management.
- Lead and support project teams on the manufacturing floor for assigned builds or transitions.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to project team members.
- Perform inspection, testing, and evaluation of completed products to ensure quality and design compliance.
- Conduct root cause analysis on design or build issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Recommend and support process and quality improvements within the business unit.
- Create and maintain technical work instructions, build procedures, and documentation.
Job Requirements
Education- Associate’s Degree in Engineering Technology, Electrical, Mechanical, or a related technical field
(Equivalent hands‑on experience may be considered)
Required Skills & Qualifications- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
- General knowledge of electrical and mechanical engineering principles
- Strong computer skills for documentation and technical communication
- Ability to work collaboratively with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams
- Combination of office and manufacturing floor work
- Office environment for documentation, analysis, and reporting
- Manufacturing floor exposure during product builds, testing, and project execution
- Primarily sedentary work with standing and walking up to 10% of the time
- May require bending, stooping, and use of hand tools
- Ability to work safely around manufacturing equipment
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex technical data
- Ability to work with precision measurements and calibration processes
- Strong critical thinking and structured problem‑solving skills
Pay Details: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour
