Job Summary:

Shambaugh & Son is seeking a 2nd Shift Quality Inspector for the Fire Fabrication Shop. In this position you will be responsible for

inspecting all areas of the shop while ensuring safety is always at the forefront and quality requirements are met while maintaining acceptable productivity levels.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Responsible for inspecting products and making sure employees are following SOPs.
Leading new employees through our training process.
Safety is the priority.
Knowledge of daily production.
SOP’s
Understand NFPA 13, 7.5.2.4.8
Answer to the Supervisors.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Production or manufacturing experience preferred.
Strong verbal communication skills required.
Ability to motivate various individuals to complete the required tasks.
Experience training employees who have different learning methods.
Regular and reliable attendance, including the ability to work extended hours and weekends as required
