Imaging Production Associate
We are seeking detail-oriented and reliable individuals to join our team as Imaging Production Associates. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in converting physical documents into secure digital records using advanced scanning technology.
Location Tampa, FL 33614 (Onsite)
Schedule Day Shift: Monday – Thursday 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
Compensation $21.83/hour total- $16.74 base pay
- $5.09/hour fringe benefit

Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing- Operate advanced robotic scanning equipment while ensuring document security
- Sort, label, and prepare paper records for high-speed digital conversion
- Track and document inventory accurately
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain quality and compliance
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- High school diploma or GED required
- Basic computer skills (Word, spreadsheets, general navigation)
- Ability to pass a typing assessment (minimum 30 WPM / 95% accuracy)
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 40 lbs with assistance
- Must be a u.s. citizen or permanent resident
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Ability to obtain Federal “Staff-Like Access” security clearance after hire
- Stable weekday schedule with long weekends
