Job Description- Lead one large commercial project from preconstruction through close-out
- Own schedule, budget, risk management, and contract administration
- Manage and develop project managers, engineers, and site teams
- Act as primary client contact and present updates to senior stakeholders
- Ensure quality, safety, and financial targets are consistently met

The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Project Manager should have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent construction experience
- 8+ years in commercial construction project management
- Experience delivering $10-$20M projects
- Proficient with Procore, Microsoft Word, and Excel
- Confident, proactive leader with strong client-facing skills
- Competitive salary range between USD $115.000 and $135.000.
- Employee ownership, 401(k), and profit sharing
- $600 monthly vehicle allowance and 3 weeks PTO
- Balanced hours, early Friday finish, limited WFH flexibility
