CNC Milling Machinist

We are seeking a CNC Milling Machinist for a precision machining company in New Britain, CT. The ideal candidate will be someone who has experience setting up and operating CNC Milling Machines. Candidate must be able to read and understand blueprints, and use various precision measuring gauges for quality inspection.

salary: $52,000 - $62,400 per year
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 4:30 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

Setup/Operate CNC Milling machines
Complete first piece inspection prior to sending part to quality for formal FAI
Use blueprints to ensure proper dimensions on finished parts.
Troubleshoot CNC malfunctions and alert proper personnel when necessary.
Use inspection equipment such as micrometers, calipers etc.
