Position Overview:
SUS is seeking a Superintendent for their residential program building in the Bronx.
This position is located at Strafford Avenue Bronx, NY 10472
SCOPE OF ROLE
The Superintendent is responsible for the overall maintenance, operation, and safety of the assigned building. This role ensures all building systems function properly, resident concerns are addressed promptly, and the property is maintained in a clean, safe, and compliant condition.

- Vendor & Contractor Coordination
- Cleaning, Grounds & Waste Management
- Emergency Response
- Resident & Staff Interaction
- Inventory, Reporting & Administration
Monitor maintenance supplies and equipment, maintain organized storage areas, complete work orders and inspection logs, provide regular updates to management, and assist with unit turnovers to ensure apartments are move‑in ready.

Qualifications:
REQUIREMENTS:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS- Must possess at least 5 Years’ experience with the building functions, including but not limited to: electrical, plumbing, heating and ventilation systems as well as completing routine tasks, such as fixing leaky pipes, painting rooms, patching drywall and fitting locks.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred
