Job Description
  • Execute end-to-end testing for both front-end and back-end applications supporting the Markets business
  • Develop test strategies, estimate efforts, and create and run manual and automated test cases
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders, project managers, business analysts, and developers to support testing activities
  • Analyze data, create test datasets, and track, document, and help resolve defects throughout the testing lifecycle

The Successful Applicant
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience across front, middle, and back-office functions within capital markets, including finance and risk.
  • Strong exposure to capital markets products, including equities and fixed income; experience with repos and securities-based lending (SBL) is a plus.
  • Proven experience with middle office systems and collateral management, with preferred knowledge of Broadridge (FinPro, BPS, Impact).
  • Deep understanding of QA methodologies and SDLC (Agile and Waterfall), with hands-on experience in test strategy, planning, execution, defect management, and various testing types (functional, regression, data-driven).
  • Strong technical skills, including SQL (Oracle and SQL Server), testing tools (JIRA, X-Ray), and preferred experience with Control-M, SSIS, data warehousing, and test automation tools (Java, Selenium, Maven, IntelliJ IDEA).
