Minimum Requirements- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an ACOTE-accredited program.
- Active Connecticut Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) required.
- Experience providing rehabilitation services in post-acute or long-term care settings preferred.
- Experience with common SNF documentation systems and Medicare/Medicaid regulatory requirements preferred.
