Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active Arizona Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility is required.
- Client requires ability to provide resume for consideration.
- Previous travel OT experience preferred.
- Experience with geriatric populations preferred.
- Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
- Location: Phoenix, AZ.
- Assignment start: ASAP.
- Assignment length: 13 weeks.
- Notice requirement: 45 day notice referenced by client.
