SummaryAt All American Asphalt we are looking for a highly motivated individual that can work
under direct supervision to install, maintain, test, and repair systems. Utilizes basic
technical knowledge to support IT initiatives and provide first-level technical information
systems support. Resolves routine technical problems. May train employees on various
applications.
Responsibilities and Duties- Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for hardware,
- Provides individual instruction and/or training to users on new or updated
- Maintains and updates record keeping system; documents projects and maintains
- Tracks inventory levels of equipment and materials; performs data entry for project
- Assists with evaluating hardware and software acquisitions and network updates
- Installs, configures, and maintains computers, workstations, and related equipment
- Works within the ticketing system to create detailed work logs and technical
- Communicates important issues to the team and coordinates with Operations on
- Escalates issues to Tier 2 as needed and sets customer expectations for follow-up
- Maintains positive working relationships with all team members
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Working Conditions and Physical EffortModerate physical activity. Requires handling of average weight objects up to 25 pounds
and/or standing and/or walking an average of four (4) hours per day.
Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment but at times workoutside, at times it will require travel.
