Patient Care Coordinator | New York City (On-site)
Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is currently hiring a Patient Care Coordinator for an onsite opportunity in New York City. This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a growing healthcare organization.
Position Details- Location: New York City, NY (100% Onsite)
- Position will flex between 4 locations -
- Union Square
- Chelsea
- Sunnyside
- W 57th Street
- Schedule:
- Rotating Shifts:
6:45AM - 3:15PM
7:45AM - 5PM
- Pay Rate: $19.05/hour
- Schedule and manage patient appointments
- Schedule optimization
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Manage referrals and POCs
- Check patients in/out
- Collect patient demographic information for EMR data entry
- Communicate with patients regarding insurance coverage and take payments such as copays and outstanding balance
- Answer incoming/make outgoing phone calls
- Address patient concerns
- 1+ years of healthcare or medical office experience
- Strong patient-facing skills
- Healthcare administrative knowledge
- Highly organized
- Technology Skills - EMR (Epic), Microsoft

Pay Details: $19.05 per hour
