Key Responsibilities
Conduct PT evaluations and develop individualized plans of careDeliver therapeutic interventions for mobility, strength, and functional recovery
Document treatments and progress accurately in EMR
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs

Qualifications
Active Texas PT licenseMaster’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
Minimum 1 year recent PT experience
