• Support clients throughout the entire journey, from initial planning through their return
• Stay informed on industry trends, supplier offerings, and travel updates

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Basic technical proficiency and a willingness to learn (training provided)
• Experience in travel, hospitality, or sales is a plus, but not required
