Minimum Requirements- Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
- Active California OTA license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC preferred; facility may require BLS on start.
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
- Experience with ADL training, adaptive equipment recommendations, and documentation in electronic medical records preferred.
- Ability to work with geriatric populations and patients with complex medical conditions preferred.
