Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the customer's experience
- Serve as an advocate to Pat Lobb Toyota by sharing the brand.
- Communicate effectively to customers both in person and over the phone by listening and understanding customer's needs and wants.
- Consulting and guiding customers to take the next appropriate step in the buying process.
- Facilitating steps of the sale, including the vehicle appraisal process, taking test drives and submitting finance applications.
- Participate and maintain Toyota product knowledge through on-going training and self-development. Know the ins and the outs of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships and demonstrate excellent teamwork.
- Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business.
- Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
- Other duties as assigned.
- No prior sales experience necessary – Toyota sales experience is a plus!
- Available to work flexible hours and weekends
- Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred
- Eager to learn new product knowledge with a desire to improve skills
- Effective communication skills with customers and team members
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
