Responsibilities- Process outgoing payments by verifying invoices, reconciling monthly statements, and ensuring all disbursements are authorized and issued in a timely manner.
- Monitor incoming revenue by preparing bank deposits, posting customer payments to the general ledger, and following up on overdue accounts to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to generate financial reports, resolve billing discrepancies, and assist with month-end closing procedures.
- Must be able to manage high volume invoice processing.
- Must be able to work with the aging receivable schedule and account for overdue amounts and reconciliations.
