Job Description: Clinical Pharmacist (Travel Assignment)
We are seeking a Clinical Pharmacist for a travel assignment supporting an EMR transition from Meditech to Epic. Responsibilities include medication order verification, IV compounding, pharmacokinetic dosing, drug interaction monitoring, and providing clinical support to healthcare teams.
Schedule: Rotating day/evening shifts, 40 hrs/week; occasional weekends
Requirements:
- Active Colorado Pharmacist License (required at submission)
- Epic experience (required); Meditech preferred
- BLS & ACLS certifications
- Flu Vaccine REQUIRED
Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, clinically strong, and experienced in hospital pharmacy operations.
