Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Speech Language Pathologist for a travel job in Wheat Ridge, Colorado.

Minimum Requirements- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
- Active Colorado SLP license is required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
- Experience with dysphagia assessment and management, including bedside swallow evaluations and instrumental assessments (e.g., FEES or MBSS), preferred.
- Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) documentation preferred.
- Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
- Shift Details: 5 days per week.
