AdvisaCare is seeking reliable, dedicated, and hard-working Home Health Aides / Certified Nursing Assistants to service our clients for Private Duty In-Home Care in Elkhart, Indiana.

- 12-hour shifts every other weekend availability
- High School Graduate or GED
- Reliable transportation
- Valid Driver’s License
- Work in a team responsibly and independently
- Good communication skills
- Ability to travel within the service area
- CPR Certified
- Ability to pass a drug screen/clear background
