Position Summary
The Caregiver provides compassionate, dependable, person-centered support to clients in their
homes and communities. This role assists with daily living activities, personal care, companionship, homemaking, and safety support based on each client’s individualized careplan.
The ideal caregiver is patient, reliable, respectful, and committed to helping others maintain
independence and quality of life. Every visit is an opportunity to provide care that is not only
safe and professional, but also deeply human.
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care support, including assistance with dressing, grooming, bathing,
- Assist with daily routines that support client comfort, independence, and dignity.
- Provide companionship and meaningful engagement to reduce isolation and support
- Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry, errands, and other
- Support safe mobility, including walking, transferring, turning, positioning, and use of
- Provide medication reminders or assistance with pre-dosed medications within role
- Observe and report changes in client condition, behavior, needs, or safety concerns to
- Follow each client’s individualized care plan and document services accurately and
- Maintain client confidentiality and uphold professional boundaries.
- Communicate respectfully with clients, families, supervisors, and care team members.
- Promote a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for every person supported.
Qualifications:

- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with clients and families.
- Reliability, punctuality, and follow-through.
- Ability to work independently while staying connected to the broader care team.
- Comfort assisting with personal care and daily living needs.
- Ability to lift, transfer, turn, or reposition clients as required by the care plan.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Prior caregiving, home care, PCA, CNA, DSP, or direct support experience preferred, but
not always required.
