Shift Notes::Clarksburg, WV; Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-4:30 PM with possible rotation of 1 weekend day per month. Cover Doddridge, Lewis, Upshur, Barbour and the southern portion of Harrison County.
Certifications required: BLS (AHA)
EMR:: EPIC
License:: Compact state license or WV state license and need Active drivers license
Deal breakers: ** Must have Home Health experience 1 yr or greater**
Must have experience with OASISpatients treated per day: 5-6 visits in 8 hours.
Mileage: Reimbursed at IRS Rate
Shifts:: Monday-Friday with possible rotation of 1 weekend day per month - 8:00 AM-4:30 PM

Taxable Weekly:$1,400/wk
