• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or PMP certification is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role, with a minimum of 5-7 years managing complex projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
