We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team and play a pivotal role in establishing financial structure within the parent company, while bringing finance operations in-house from subsidiary companies.

The right candidate should have extensive healthcare experience and experience dealing with a revenue size of at around $500 million.

• Establish and implement financial structures within the parent company, streamlining processes and ensuring efficiency.
• Oversee the transition of finance operations from subsidiary companies to the parent company.
• Actively engage with financial institutions, maintaining strong relationships with banks and financial partners.
• Lead forecasting efforts, providing accurate financial projections and strategic insights to support decision-making.
• Assume responsibility for the oversight and management of all financial aspects of the organization.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to drive financial strategies that align with organizational goals.

• Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role.
• Extensive experience dealing with a revenue size of at least $500 million.
• Strong background in healthcare finance, with a deep understanding of industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
• Demonstrated success in financial management, strategic planning, and execution.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
