- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 1 year of Labor & Delivery nursing experience required
- Experience in an obstetrics or maternal-child care environment preferred
- Strong assessment skills with the ability to recognize changes in maternal and fetal status
- Comfort working 12-hour night shifts in a fast-paced clinical setting
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to a new team, workflow, and travel nursing assignment
- Provide direct nursing care to laboring, delivering, and postpartum patients
- Monitor maternal and fetal conditions throughout the labor process
- Support physicians and the care team during deliveries and obstetric procedures
- Assess patient status, document care accurately, and respond to changes in condition
- Educate and support patients and families throughout the childbirth experience
- Promote a safe, compassionate, and collaborative healthcare environment
