Registered Nurse (RN) – MS/Telemetry

Shift: Night Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced MS/Telemetry Registered Nurse for a 13-week assignment in Plainview, TX. This role is ideal for a clinically strong RN with Med/Surg and Telemetry experience who is comfortable functioning independently and stepping into Charge Nurse responsibilities when needed.

• Provide high-quality patient care in a Med/Surg and Telemetry environment
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and treatment responses
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Maintain patient ratios of approximately 1:6
• Support unit operations and assume Charge Nurse duties as required
• Deliver patient care across all age groups, from pediatric to geriatric populations
• Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to patient safety standards

• Recent MS/Telemetry RN experience required
• Prior Charge Nurse experience required
• Ability to independently function in a leadership role
• Current ACLS Certification required
• Current BLS Certification required
• Current PALS Certification required
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills
