Senior Project Manager - $700M annual revenue company

About Our Client

My client is one of the biggest names in St. Louis construction doing roughly $700M in annual revenue. The Senior Project Manager will work directly with the VP of the company's building division on a large-scale, $40M project, and will also help mentor/train junior staff.

• Manage all phases of construction projects, from planning to execution and closeout.
• Develop and monitor project budgets, schedules, and scopes of work.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and subcontractors, to ensure project alignment.
• Oversee procurement processes and ensure materials and resources are delivered as required.
• Lead project teams, providing guidance and resolving any issues that arise during execution.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with project specifications.
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Project Manager should have:

• A strong background in construction management within the business services industry.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
• Track record of leading large scale, ground up, commercial projects ($25M+)
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
