Job Summary
The organization is seeking a Respiratory Therapist for Pediatric (RT PEDS) specialization in nights. This position involves providing specialized respiratory care to neonates and infants in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) during night shifts.The role requires collaboration with healthcare team members to deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Job Details- Position Description: Respiratory Therapist for NICU, night shift (7 p.m. 7:30 a.m., 4x12s), with weekend rotation required.
- Required Qualifications: RRT (National Board for Respiratory Care) certification, active Rhode Island Respiratory Therapist license or compact-eligible, current Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS); Epic Electronic Medical Record experience. Minimum 2 years recent NICU respiratory experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: None specified.
- Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours, minimum 36 hours per week.
- Additional Information: Submission requires resume, respiratory therapy license, RRT certification, current BLS/NRP/ACLS certifications, and two clinical references. Submissions without NICU experience, Epic experience, or active certifications will not be reviewed.
