Ebike Technical Specialist

- Enjoy your mornings! Regular hours are Mon–Fri, 11am – 8pm.
- Paid Training: We’ll set you up for success with a 3-week deep dive (Mon–Fri, 8am – 5pm).

We’re looking for a "mechanical mind with a service heart."- Bike Obsessed: You know your way around a bike (former mechanic or shop experience is a massive plus!).
- Tech-Forward: You aren’t afraid of a software interface or a complex diagnostic tool.
- Phone Pro: You’re a clear, confident communicator who loves helping people win.
Salary: $25 - $26 per hour
Responsibilities
You’ll be the brain that bike shops across the U.S. rely on. When a dealer hits a technical wall, they call you to save the day and get riders back on the trails.- Solve: Diagnose complex hardware/software issues via phone and digital channels.
- Consult: Guide dealers through high-level product specs and warranty support.
- Translate: Turn technical data into clear, actionable solutions for shop mechanics.
- Navigate: Use advanced diagnostic software to provide rapid, expert fixes.
- Tech Support (2 years of experience is required)
- Call Center Support (2 years of experience is required)
- Troubleshooting (2 years of experience is required)
- Hotline Support (1 year of experience is required)
- General Product Support (2 years of experience is required)
- English Fluency
- Verbal/ Written Communication
- Expert working with EBikes (2 years of experience is required)
- Minimum HS Diploma, Associates degree preferred.
