Creative & Production Designer

You will support active sales opportunities while also developing trend-based art collections for proactive customer presentations.

Hours per week: 40

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Sales to develop customer-specific, production-ready souvenir artwork
• Translate customer direction into commercially viable designs for apparel and gift products
• Research tourist markets, regional themes, and seasonal trends to inform creative concepts
• Create original artwork and cohesive collections for apparel, headwear, accessories, and gifts
• Adapt designs across multiple decoration methods including screen print, embroidery, patches
• Manage multiple projects, revisions, and deadlines while coordinating with Sales and Production
• 3–5+ years of graphic design experience in apparel, souvenirs, promotional products, or retail merchandise
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator; Photoshop preferred
• Experience preparing artwork for production
• Ability to independently research trends and generate original concepts
• Comfortable collaborating with Sales and engaging with customers as needed
• Organized, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented
