Shift: Evening Shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM, flexible based on department needs)

• Salary Range: From $52,000/yr (based on experience)
• Sign-On Bonus: Available on a case-by-case basis

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sterile Processing Manager to support a high-performing surgical services department within a large acute care facility. This role will work closely with leadership to ensure efficient, compliant, and high-quality sterile processing operations supporting multiple service lines.

• Partner with the Director to oversee daily sterile processing operations
• Support staff recruitment, retention, training, and competency validation
• Ensure compliance with sterilization standards, aseptic techniques, and infection prevention protocols
• Maintain instrumentation quality and optimize workflow efficiency across service lines
• Collaborate with Operating Room (OR) and specialty departments to ensure seamless operations
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and recommend process and resource enhancements
• Promote teamwork and strong collaboration across clinical teams
• Ensure regulatory compliance and readiness for accreditation surveys

• Minimum 3+ years of Sterile Processing experience
• Minimum 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
• Completion of a Two-Year Surgical Technology program OR
• CRCST certification (IAHCSMM/HSPA) OR
• CSPDT certification
• Strong knowledge of OR instrumentation, aseptic technique, and infection control standards

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
• Experience with SPM Workflow systems
• Prior leadership experience in a Surgery Center or similar setting
