Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities- Provide acute care physical therapy to patients using evidence-based practices.
- Ensure care delivery aligns with facility protocols, maintaining high quality standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create individualized treatment plans.
- Document patient progress and outcomes using EPIC charting system.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home care instructions.
- Adapt effectively to local and temporary staffing needs with professional resilience.
- Licensed in Virginia; temporary allowances for valid state license holders.
- Minimum 2 years of acute care experience required.
- Proficiency in EPIC charting system is essential.
- BLS certification required.
- Ability to adapt and work effectively within a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred candidates possess prior community hospital experience.
