Job Description
The Superintendent - Commercial Construction will:
- Oversee all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and project staff to maintain efficient workflow.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for all team members.
- Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Address and resolve any issues that arise during construction to avoid delays or disruptions.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and change orders.
- Collaborate with project managers and architects to ensure seamless execution.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent - Commercial Construction should have:
- Proven experience in commercial construction project management.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams effectively.
- MA CSL.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Familiarity with construction management software and tools.
