Job Description- Manage multiple projects at a time
- Manage projects from start to finish
- Manage project budget and report on project financial health
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project

The Successful Applicant- 5-10 years of experience as a Project Manager
- Background in Retail, Banking, or ground up Commercial projects
- ~ $10M project value experience
- Experience managing multiple active jobs at once
- Proficient with Microsoft Project
- $90,000-130,000 base salary (DOE)
- Truck and phone allowance
- Annual and performance based bonuses
- 401K + Profit sharing
- 3 weeks PTO
