Customer Service Representative

The Role As the front-line voice of our company, you will handle primarily inbound communications and take total ownership of every customer interaction, ensuring they feel heard and valued.

Responsibilities- Customer Support: Handle primarily inbound customer communications via phone, email, and fax.
- Order Management: Accurately process customer orders and data entry using our ERP system, Sage X3.
- Take Ownership: Provide end-to-end support for customers, taking pride in resolving issues and "owning the call" from greeting to resolution.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely and communicate effectively with our warehouse, sales, and accounting departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- General Administration: Occasionally provide back-up coverage for the front-desk receptionist as needed.
