Operations Manager (Electronic Repairs)
You will directly manage Production and Warehouse Supervisors, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and seamless execution from receiving to delivery.
salary: $80,000 - $95,000 per yearshift: First

Responsibilities- Drive site-wide resource optimization and infrastructure efficiency to meet customer turnaround times and strategic goals.
- Lead the management of daily, weekly, and monthly production plans in coordination with production planning teams.
- Direct warehouse strategies to ensure inventory integrity, optimized space utilization, and smooth material flow for all production lines.
- Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to address any performance gaps in KPIs.
- Ensure strict compliance with 6S culture, ESD, ISO standards, safety protocols, and client audits.
- Mentor and lead a large workforce (30+ operators and multiple supervisors), driving cross-training and workforce optimization.
- Leverage WMS/ERP systems and data analytics to monitor production efficiency, optimize inventory flow, and generate operational reports.
