Job Requirements- At least 1 year of emergency nursing experience required
- Active RN license in good standing
- ACLS and PALS required
- CEN preferred
- Trauma nursing or critical care experience preferred
- Must have all required Pennsylvania clearances prior to start
- Recent drug screen within 90 days accepted
- MMR declinations are not accepted
- Ability to work in a fast-paced emergency department and collaborate effectively with the care team
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients of all ages in the emergency department
- Assess, triage, and stabilize patients with a wide range of emergent and urgent conditions
- Support trauma, critical care, and emergency treatment needs as part of a collaborative clinical team
- Administer medications, monitor patient response, and document care accurately in EPIC
- Coordinate care with physicians, providers, and interdisciplinary staff to support safe patient flow
- Maintain professionalism, clinical accuracy, and strong communication in a high-acuity setting
- Follow infection prevention, safety, and departmental procedures at all times
