Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN Case Manager for a hospital-based Case Management position in California, requiring 2 years of experience and an active CA RN license.
Details- Hospital-based Case Management unit
- Patient population includes Medical/Surgical, Cardiac, Vascular, and some Neurological diagnoses
- Day shift schedule, 5x8s (8:00–16:30 weekdays; 8:30–17:00 weekends)
- Every other weekend required
- No on-call responsibilities
- Floating required
- Holiday coverage required when applicable
- EMR: Epic (experience required)
- Block scheduling
- Active CA RN license required
- Current BLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of RN Case Management experience required
- All time-off requests must be submitted at the time of initial consideration
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
- Local candidates within 50 miles of the facility are accepted at the local pay rate
- Pre-approved time off is at the discretion of the manager and must be disclosed at the time of submission
- 2 professional supervisor references from within the past 2 years required for consideration
- Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration
