Job Description- Supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects meet quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure efficient workflow.
- Monitor project schedules and budgets, addressing any potential delays or cost overruns.
- Enforce safety protocols and compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications and quality standards.
- Resolve on-site issues promptly to maintain project timelines.
- Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders and management.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Traveling Superintendent for Healthcare Construction should have:
- Proven experience managing healthcare construction projects in the property and construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and OSHA regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
- Problem-solving skills to address on-site challenges effectively.
- Willingness to travel and work on-site as required.
- Competitive salary ranging from $130,000 to $150,000 annually.
