Job Description
  • Supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects meet quality and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Monitor project schedules and budgets, addressing any potential delays or cost overruns.
  • Enforce safety protocols and compliance with OSHA regulations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications and quality standards.
  • Resolve on-site issues promptly to maintain project timelines.
  • Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders and management.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Traveling Superintendent for Healthcare Construction should have:

  • Proven experience managing healthcare construction projects in the property and construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and OSHA regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
  • Problem-solving skills to address on-site challenges effectively.
  • Willingness to travel and work on-site as required.
