- site support for LAN/WAN networks.
The technician will also be responsible for installing and configuring network equipment and software, as well as providing end-user support.
Responsibilities:- Provide on-site support for LAN/WAN networks
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to network connectivity, hardware and software
- Install and configure network equipment and software
- Provide end-user support
- Document all work performed and maintain accurate records
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Adhere to company policies and procedures Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience as a PC LAN/WAN Field Technician
- Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN networks and protocols
- Experience with network equipment and software installation and configuration
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
