With headquarters in the Northeast and a growing Kissimmee office of approximately 25 employees, the firm delivers complex wood‑frame and podium structures and maintains a steady pipeline of large, phased developments.
Job Description- Assist with management ofground‑up multifamily projects valued at $20M+
- Support scheduling, subcontractor coordination, RFIs, and submittals
- Track project documentation, budgets, and change management
- Coordinate with Superintendents and Project Managers in the field
- Assigned to a multi‑phase multifamily development currently underway

The Successful Applicant- Experience on ground‑up multifamily projects
- Wood‑frame or podium construction exposure required
- Construction Management degree preferred, or equivalent field experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- TI, renovation, or interiors‑only backgrounds will not be considered
- $80,000 - $90,000 base salary
- Long‑term project pipeline with phased assignments
