Provide the support for QaaS Management PM role to fill the gap.
This is to help the FW Qual prioritization, QaaS Intake creation, ADO management to unblock the business critical Qualitification requests." FW Qual Backlog management with the daily prioritization sync with v-team" Create QaaS Tracker ADOs to link with FW Release ADO" Manage ADO data with accurate state, FW Lifecycle dates (Qual ETA), attach Signoff docs before passing to FW payload team for deployment." Proactively provide the FW support to QaaS team daily, including closing gaps between Payload FW dev and QaaS test engineers" Continuously monitor and analyze test results, identifying and reporting defects Preferred Experience:" 5+ years of experience as a technical Program Manager or in a technical role with systems experience" Experienced with software architecture design with proven ability to synthesize, communicate solutions to complex technical problems with knowledge of building low-level software to run on hardware e.g. Firmware, BIOS, BMC, BSP. etc." Experience in management of complex cross-group, cross-business, cross-disciplinary projectsAbout Tanisha Systems, Inc.Tanisha Systems services clients in Government, Banking & Financial Markets, Insurance, Healthcare, Retail & Consumer Goods, Energy & Utilities, Life Sciences, Telecom, Manufacturing and Transportation Industries around the globe.
