Key responsibilities include:
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment issues to minimize downtime for customers
- Performing repairs and preventive maintenance on industrial compressed air systems
- Delivering professional field service and representing the company at customer locations
- Communicating clearly and effectively with customers regarding service needs and solutions
- Completing accurate service documentation using mobile apps or tablets
- Working independently in the field and managing jobs from start to finish
- Achieving high first-time fix rates and maintaining strong productivity standards
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Ability to read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams and schematics
- Willingness to travel to customer sites
Preferred Qualifications:
- Electrical troubleshooting experience on industrial equipment
- High school diploma or GED
- Comfortable using mobile apps or tablets for service documentation
