Job Summary
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Cath Lab Registered Nurse (RN) to join a dynamic cardiovascular team. The RN will provide comprehensive care for patients undergoing cardiac catheterization, interventional radiology procedures, and related cardiovascular treatments.The ideal candidate will possess strong critical care skills, procedural experience, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced procedural environment.
Required Qualifications- Active New York State RN License
- Current BLS Certification
- Current ACLS Certification
- Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology (IR) experience
- EPIC EMR experience required
- Strong cardiac assessment and monitoring skills
- Ability to participate in on-call rotation
- Provide direct patient care before, during, and after cardiac catheterization procedures
- Assist physicians with diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures
- Monitor patient status, cardiac rhythms, and hemodynamics during procedures
- Administer medications and sedation as ordered
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EPIC
- Ensure adherence to infection control and patient safety standards
- Collaborate with physicians, technologists, and interdisciplinary teams
- Respond to emergency situations and procedural complications
