Job Description

The Assistant Superintendent - Commercial Construction - Charlotte will be responsible for the following:

Reporting Directly to the Lead Superintendent
Overseeing Jobsite Personnel and Operations when the Lead Superintendent is not present
Working Alongside and Communicating Effectively with the Project Management team
Tracking Daily Reports
Coordinating Subcontractors
Ensuring the Project is Being Completed According to Budget and Schedule

The Successful Applicant

The successful Assistant Superintendent - Commercial - Charlotte will have the following experience:

2+ Years of Combined Field Experience (Assistant Superintendent, Field Engineer, Project Engineer).
Experience Working on Ground-Up Commercial Construction Projects (ideally $10-20M+)
Knowledge of Scheduling, Estimating, and Cost Principles.
Basic Knowledge of Project Management Software (ProCore, MS Project)
Working Alongside and Communicating Effectively with the Project Management Team
Tracking Daily Reports
Coordinating Subcontractors

Base salary contingent on experience, ranging roughly $65,000-$80,000 depending on experience
