- Working Directly with A Chick-fil-A Operator - The Operator is an independent business person, responsible for the operation of the restaurant, who invests time in his or her employees, teaching them important business skills for the future.
Requirements
Applicants must be able to:
- Legally work in the United States
- Have a reliable source of transportation
- Handle all equipment, pans, pots, navigating shelving both high and low
- Read, write, complete basic math and communicate verbally, unless discussed prior to hiring
- Work in hot, noisy and fast paced environment
- Be mobile and work on their feet for several hours at a time during shifts
- Lift items up to 50 pounds, unless there is a specific reason not to
- Work well under pressure
- Respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently
We do hire as young as 14 years old, however there are specific age requirements for different kitchen tasks.
