Shop Worker (Carpentry Background)
- Blueprint Reading: Interpret architectural drawings, cut sheets, and shop specs to ensure correct dimensions, hardware placement, and tolerances.
- Precision Cutting & Prep: Measure accurately down to the fraction/millimeter, operate chop saws, routers, and drills to prep aluminum or wood extrusions.
- Quality & Sealing: Install seals, weatherstripping, gaskets, and architectural hardware (hinges, locks, handles) ensuring airtight, high-grade finishes.
- Shop Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized workstation and adhere strictly to shop safety guidelines.

Responsibilities- Custom Assembly: Cut, prep, align, and assemble architectural window and custom door frames using hand tools, pneumatic tools, and precision shop machinery.
