Sales Executive
Salary Range: $80K - $110K Permanent Position with Benefits
U.S. based manufacturer is seeking to hire a New York, New York area Sales Executive to market initiatives, perform contract negotiations and build customer relationships in the elevator industry.
REQUIREMENTSHigh School Graduate, GED, Vocational School and/or higher-level education
Minimum 3+ years' of technical sales experience in the elevator industry or 5+ years of sales experience in building products
Knowledge of modernization, new equipment / elevator components strongly preferred
MS Office proficient with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Self-starter with attention to detail and history of managing and growing sales regions
Up to 50% travel is typical as regular in person client visits are needed to build customer relations and generate new leads through referralsMarket and sell current product lines, including custom and program elevator cabs, doors, parts, elevator entrances, safety and drive components
Prepare sales budgets, comprehensive business reports, sales plans and sales forecasts using internal and external sales and marketing data
Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
