Job Description
  • Lead all onsite construction activities from mobilization through closeout.
  • Manage subcontractors, inspections, site logistics, and daily work planning.
  • Maintain project schedule, safety compliance, and quality standards.
  • Run daily huddles and subcontractor coordination meetings.
  • Utilize Procore for RFIs, drawings, photos, daily logs, and documentation.
  • Coordinate closely with Project Managers and regional operations leadership.
  • Track progress, resolve field issues, and drive accountability onsite.
  • Travel full‑time once initial Charlotte‑area assignments are complete.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Traveling Superintendent - Commercial Construction should have:

  • 10+ years of construction experience as a Superintendent.
  • Experience leading ground‑up, upfit, or adaptive reuse projects in the $2M-$5M range.
  • Bank or financial institution project experience is a strong plus.
  • Must be proficient in Procore.
  • Proven ability to independently run job sites.
  • Stable work history preferred.
  • Willingness to travel throughout NC, SC, and TN.
