The company specializes in roadway, stormwater, and bridge engineering, supporting public agencies and consultant partners on projects ranging from bridge design and rehabilitation to inspections and load ratings.
With a lean, technically focused team and a strong presence on state transportation programs, this company works extensively with the Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) to deliver practical, cost-effective infrastructure solutions.

Job Details
Experience managing bridge design, rehabilitation, or structural transportation projectsFamiliarity with INDOT standards, procedures, and transportation project workflows
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or structural engineering
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams and project schedules
Proficiency with bridge design tools, structural analysis software, or CAD platforms
Ability to manage project budgets, client communication, and technical deliverables
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred but not required
Ability to work remotely while supporting Indiana-based transportation and bridge projects
