Position Summary:"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a skilled and compassionate Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) to join a critical access hospital setting. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered emergency care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform rapid patient assessments and triage in emergency situations
- Deliver timely and effective nursing care to patients with acute and critical conditions
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and support life-saving interventions
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado
- Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Prior emergency room experience preferred
